There are some homes or offices where it is very difficult to install alarm wiring without spending a lot of time and labor to hide the wires properly. In order to avoid having unsightly exposed alarm wiring, we will add an additional wireless receiver to your alarm panel so that it can receive signals from two wireless door contacts and a wireless motion detector.

The Virtual Keypad on your Smartphone, tablet, computer or iPad usually connects and authenticates to your alarm system within five (5) seconds. Our Interactive wireless Gateway will fully integrate with recent DSC, Honeywell and GE security systems. Our Gateway will also work on any other manufacturer's alarm control panels that transmits using the Contact ID format.
Our wireless Gateway provides communication from the Internet to your optional HVAC, Lighting, and Lock controls. It also provides wireless Internet communications for your alarm system. The Gateway’s firmware is 128 bit encrypted, and password protected. This one device is capable of managing up to nine (9) HVAC Thermostat Controls, twenty-five (25) Lighting Controls, and up to five (5) Lock Controls. It is highly recommended that you have an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) located at the Gateway location to power the Gateway, router/switch, and your Internet modem, in the event of power failure.
In addition to a Virtual Keypad on your Smartphone, our wireless Gateway also provides access to operate your alarm system through desktop or laptop computers, tablets and iPads.
Our wireless Gateway utilizes ZigBee protocol to communicate to HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Thermostats. The Gateway can manage up to nine (9) thermostats. The alarm system can signal the thermostats to “energy savings mode” when the alarm system is armed in "AWAY" mode, which indicates that the home or office is empty. When the alarm system is disarmed, the thermostats will be sent a signal to go to a normal status. The Virtual Keypad on your Smartphone is obtained by downloading the "ipfob" app. The "ipfob" app also provides access to all of your HVAC devices. Thermostats can be individually controlled, and can override the automatic settings from the alarm system. This is real energy savings and convenience.
Our wireless Gateway utilizes ZigBee protocol to communicate to Lighting Controls. The Gateway can manage up to twenty-five (25) devices. Lighting devices can be 120 VOLTS AC light switches, light dimmers or stand-alone plug-in modules to operate small appliances such as lamps or coffee makers. The “ipfob” app, in addition to the Virtual Keypad, also provides access to all Lighting Control devices.
Our wireless Gateway utilizes ZigBee protocol to communicate to KwikSet Smartcode Lock Controls. The “ipfob” Smartphone app, in addition to the Virtual Keypad, also provides access to all Lock Control devices. The Gateway can manage up to five (5) lock controls. KwikSet Smartcode locks can be operated with a standard key, digital entry code, or wireless access. The locksets are available in many styles and colors.
